Are you worried often?

How to Stop Worrying and Start Living
Dale Carnegie.

We all worry about small and big matters. This book provides a systematic guide on how to understand and address your concerns. The scary thing when we are worried is that we stop thinking rationally. This book is packed with stories of people who have had real bone problems, financial, psychological and physical. Dale Carnegie goes through a number of methods and explains in an easy language how to solve your concerns.

When you solve your worries, you solve challenges in your life, and the more often you solve them instead of ignoring them the more often you will be in control. If you worry often, it will eventually become a habit. Do you worry often?

I have at times worried about small things that I could easily have done, but I have also worried about big things I have not had a chance to do anything about. All the books I recommend on my site are books I have read myself to which I feel I have benefited from. This book gives you the tools to handle all such situations. This is a classic, from a well-known author who has written many great books. Some of you may know him from the book “How to Win Friends and Influence People”. I think it’s appropriate to end with a quote from the book.

This is a great book to have. When I feel anxious, I open this book for advice. If you want to buy the book yourself you can click on the book below.
